　　一．行文前

　　在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進(jìn)行三輪自我拷問：

　　1．準(zhǔn)備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：

　　我有哪些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢？

　　我有哪些背景和經(jīng)歷？

　　可以發(fā)動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

　　2．總結(jié)完畢，再度拷問自己：

　　在這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢中，我最大的優(yōu)勢是什么？

　　在這些背景和經(jīng)歷中，我最與眾不同的地方是什么？

　　3．結(jié)合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：

　　我對（目標(biāo)院校）北大光華管理學(xué)院有什么利用價值？

　　把這個問題的答案想明白后再開始行文。

　　二．行文中

　　行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我為什么要錄取你，而不是其他的人！？

　　自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經(jīng)歷和能力證明我有資格擠身于光華這個平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環(huán)節(jié)。自我介紹的唯一任務(wù)就是要告訴面試官：你今天為什么一定要接收我！我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達(dá)到一個“你不接收我，你會后悔，會是你（北大）的遺憾，你看著辦吧”的效果。

　　寫自我介紹的過程中，權(quán)衡行文主線中的兩個方面：目標(biāo)院校（北大）要錄取我，是我需要得到來目標(biāo)院校（北大）來深造？還是我也值得他們（北大）選擇我？

　　很多學(xué)員在面試過程中，都是急切的表達(dá)自己急需讀MBA深造。事實(shí)上，沒有哪個參加考試不是急切需要深造的。我們在陳述理由的時候，需要展示的是個性化的東西。你在陳述自己的理想與人生職業(yè)目標(biāo)時，牢記：所有的理想與目標(biāo)都只有一個指向，那就是促使你選擇 MBA。

　　而介紹的重點(diǎn)是應(yīng)該放在“我值得目標(biāo)院校（北大）選擇我”。

　　你的過去經(jīng)歷是否與面試官選擇你有關(guān)，什么優(yōu)秀***員，學(xué)習(xí)馬列主義先進(jìn)分子……與面試要選擇你無關(guān)的輝煌經(jīng)歷，毫不猶豫的X掉！所有的輝煌經(jīng)歷與風(fēng)光故事中，只有既能證明你有資格進(jìn)北大，也能證明你有潛質(zhì)實(shí)現(xiàn)你的職業(yè)理想的才放在自我介紹中去。一定要狠心的刪去沒必要的輝煌與風(fēng)光。而進(jìn)行你自我介紹中的經(jīng)歷與故事，都要和你的目標(biāo)-----證明你有資格進(jìn)入北大-----有清晰的邏輯關(guān)系。

　　行文中，要懂得如何變劣勢為優(yōu)勢，比如有的學(xué)員因為自己的中專背景可能覺得難以啟齒，但是如果能夠做換位思考，我是中專生都這個厲害，你北大給我一個機(jī)會，我還能不龍行天下？所以這樣的時刻一定要發(fā)揮自己強(qiáng)烈的自我意志，去影響面試官，讓他感受到你無窮的潛力，而不是盯住你的weak教育背景。

　　行文中幾個關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)：

　　1． 自信是整個自我介紹的.基調(diào)。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度！

　　2．一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作！-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認(rèn)識到這一點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵是怎么克服。很多學(xué)員希望別人為自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現(xiàn)出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死胡同，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。
