　　網上遞交推薦信。

　　有的學校只接受網上的推薦信，有的學校同時也接受普通的郵遞推薦信， 具體請見各學校的規定。

　　推薦人的選擇寫推薦信的第一步就是要選擇推薦人，有工作經驗的人認識的人，結交的朋友多的很，到底由誰來寫推薦信最好呢?是不是一定要找職位最高的人來寫呢?這里就介紹幾個選擇推薦人要注意的問題：

　　第一：寫推薦信的人的職位并不是越高越好。

　　首要條件是選擇一個最了解你的人，最了解你的成長過程的人，只有這樣的人才能夠針對你的優點缺點進行深入的分析，繼而提供有深度的推薦，而不是泛泛而談。

　　如果你找了一個身處高位，但是和你不熟悉的人來寫一封用在誰身上都合適的推薦信，可能達不到應有的效果。

　　第二：推薦人最好熟悉你的職業成長經歷。

　　有的學校要求2-3 封的推薦信，有的只要求一封，這個時候選擇推薦人就更有講究了。

　　對于只要求一封推薦信的學校，最好是選擇你現在任職或過去任職的單位的直接上司來寫推薦信，因為MBA 的申請和職業經歷有很大的關系，

　　學校比較看重的是你的職業經驗和成長過程，任職單位的老板寫出來的比較有說服力，如果你選擇了一個以前在校學習時的教授來寫，估計達不到同樣的效果。

　　如果學校要求2-3封推薦信，你可以在工作單位的老板，同事，以前學校里的教授來寫，以達到平衡的效果，每個人能從不同的側面來描述你的特點，綜合在一起能構成一個完整的你。

　　第三：避免親屬或者家庭成員推薦。

　　有的人說，要是我在家族的公司里工作怎么辦?雖然你的親屬可能很了解你，但是寫推薦信的時候盡量不要表明你們的血緣關系。

　　有的學校明確規定不能由家庭成員來寫推薦信。
