　　善于利用多媒體等多種手段輔助教學，使學生接觸到的知識更立體、更直觀、更生動。教師們利用視頻、音樂、卡片等使學生的目光一直被吸引住，特別是老師們制作的'課件內容豐富、精彩，這也體現出在現代的教學中對老師提出的要求，熟練掌握多媒體設備的應用。對我印象最深的是河北保定的張偉紅老師，張老師對多媒體的應用十分熟練，特別是自己精心制作的小視頻，為此節課增色不少，可見做一名合格的教師，不僅要有過硬的專業知識，還要熟練運用現在的多媒體輔助手段。

　　二、教師們別具一格的教學設計

　　每一位教師的教學設計都新穎獨特，增強了學生的學習興趣，拓寬了學生的視野，再加上精美的課件，每一節課都給人賞心悅目的感覺。最讓我欣賞的是老師們的拓展，從本節課的內容拓展到以后的學習乃至人生，不僅讓學生學到了知識，還教會了學生做人做事的道理，真可謂是意味深長。

　　三、調動學生的積極性，讓學生成為課堂的.主人

　　通過聽課，我發現每位教師充分調動了學生的積極性，通過各種各樣特色鮮明的活動，學生在活動中學習，在玩中學習。不僅參與性高，而且質量高。比如長沙的許世群老師，通過讓學生表演課本劇，充分感受領略西方的節日――――萬圣節，拉近了學生與異國文化的距離；新疆的李老師，通過讓學生角色扮演，讓學生身臨其境的感受文本的內容，這些老師真正做到了讓學生成為課堂的主人。

　　當會長問道“你們有沒有信心在英語俱樂部一直堅持下去，yes or no?”場下發出了整齊而堅定的回答“Yes!”當會長問道“告訴我們，你們行不行?”又一聲“Yes!”，震撼全場。他們的'回答就像英語俱樂部的口號“Open your mouth，Open your world”一樣響亮。Just do it !只要你相信行，你就行!

　　接著各部門部長也依依為大家介紹了各部門的職責和基本情況，鼓勵大家積極競選干事，鍛煉自己多方面的能力，會員們也都表示出了極大的贊同，也都愿意給自己一個機會，走出展示自我，提高自我的第一步。我相信，他們會因為英語俱樂部而更加優秀，英語俱樂部也會因為他們更加強大。

　　帶著我們的口號，帶著我們的熱情，讓我們一起享受英語，一起體會生活，一起努力，一起進步。英語俱樂部新生動員大會完美謝幕!
