1. 商務簽證邀請函需用邀請公司正式的抬頭紙，有logo有電話有地址。
2. 有準確的訪問目的、訪問日期和回程日期最好。
3. 費用問題一定要寫明白，通常是被邀請公司(即中國公司)支付。建議不要寫個人支付。
4. 最好有一個名單表，寫明名單表信息，避免重名的麻煩。
5. 落款要有邀請人的親筆簽名，最后再有正楷的拼寫。
6. 如果訪問日期較長的建議邀請函出一份簡單的日程安排，注明訪問期間的主要內容。
7. 如果需要多次入境簽證的，最好在邀請函中注明并寫清楚理由。
