　　(1)of在這里不是表示所有關系，所以應把of改成for，表示用途。

　　(2)動詞invite在介詞of的.后面，應把它變為ing形式。

　　(3)連詞and連接的應該是兩個并列的動詞不定式，所以應把had改為to have。

　　(4)這里注意dinner前面有形容詞修飾時，那么應在形容詞前面加a。

　　(5)應把left改成had left。因為到發現時為止前面的動作已經完成，要用過去完成時態。

　　(6)此處是被動語態，應加上were。
