　　When times become difficult , remember a moment in your life that was filled with joy and happiness.

　　Remember how it made you feel, and you will have the strength you need to get through any trial.

　　When life throws you one more obstacle than you think you can handle, remember something you achieved through perseverance and by struggling to the end.

　　In doing so, you ll find you have the ability to overcome each obstacle brought your way.

　　When you find yourself drained and depleted of energy, remember to find a place of sanctuary and rest.

　　Take the neccessary time in your own life to dream your dreams and renew your energy, so you ll be ready to face each new day.

　　When you feel tension building, find something fun to do. You ll find that the stress you feel will dissipate and your thoughts will become clearer.

　　When you re faced with so many negative and draining situations, realize how minuscule problems will seem when you view your life as a whole--and remember the positive things.

　　人生如夢，一遒還淚江月。青春， 是我們成長的橋梁。是我們回憶開始的地點，因為他伴隨著我們一天天老去，所以，年華不再。我們應珍惜，把握美好時光，故致青春。

　　青春是一縷陽光，它照亮了人的心靈。沒錯，如同材料所說的那樣。人生有一首詩，當我們擁有它的時候，卻沒有讀懂它，這也是青春。是的，青春是用來奮斗的，不是用來揮霍的。當然，在我們成長的過程中，學習與讀書中，多多少少也會有些青春的感悟。下課時，可以和同學們玩耍，打打球。上課時，我們可以和同學，老師討論學習問題，等等。這也是我們美好的時光，青春的回憶。

　　如果曾經說過，誰虛度了年華？青春就將褪色。時間會一天一天流逝，在青春期的我們是有激情的。比如學習熱情，跑步的喜好，打籃球的沖動，對于音樂的狂好等等。這也是，我們享受青春的美好時光。青春不再，致給青春的我們。

　　青春是一首歌，它歌唱著大地。歌唱著青春的'綻放，像蝸牛‘’我要一步一步往上爬，等待陽光靜靜的看著它的臉，小小的天，流過的淚和汗，總有一天，我會屬于我的天，任風吹干，流過的淚和汗，總有一天，我會屬于我的美。也許，當你唱完這首歌，你可能會流淚，會壓抑，但這也是你的青春心靈的綻放之美。所以，學會努力，致給青春的自己。

　　當我看見，新聞聯播時，播出在慶祝中國共產黨成立90周年大會上，用李大釗的話對全國人民的，勉勵與鼓勵。所以，作為年輕人，我們沒有理由不努力，不學習，不珍惜青春。所以，為青春而努力，為夢想而奮斗，這就是我們青春的主題。

　　最后，歸根結底。青春就是一朵會綻放的花，是夜空中最亮的星，只要我們做好青春的每一件事。迎難而上，改變最好的自己。這樣，我們的青春才不會有遺憾。少年強，則國強。少年雄于地球，則國雄于地球。所以，為青春之國家，為人類創造幸福，以青春之自我，創造美好未來，共享致青春，共創和諧風氣。

　　Dear Mr. Seaton，Thank you very much for taking me with you on that splendid outing to London. It was the first time that I had seen the Tower or any of the other famous sights. If I'd gone alone, I couldn't have seen nearly as much, because I wouldn't have known my way about.

　　The weather was splendid on that day, which I thought was rare. I still remember some people told me that in Britain there was weather and no climate. During the same day, it might snow in the morning, rain at noon, shine in the afternoon and be windy before the night falls. So I think I was lucky.

　　I think the river trip was the best thing of all. London really came alive for me as we saw it from the Thames during that wonderful journey down to Greenwich. It was all tremendously exciting － a day that I shall never forget.

　　Thank you for giving me such a great birthday treat.
