　　Her farourite day is Firday. She’s often read books and play ping-pong.Her favourite food is vegetables ,because they’re tasty and healthy .Her favourite fruit are apples ,becase they’re fresh and sweet.

　　說起比賽,從小到大我參加過許多項目，其中讓我印象最深刻的一次是四年級代表班參加英語說故事比賽,當時被老師選上的心情真是雀躍不已。

　　比賽的日子一天天的來臨，每當媽媽要我多練習時,我總是漫不經(jīng)心,認為短短三分鐘的故事對我來說非常容易，根本不用花太多時間練習。直到預(yù)演時，站在講臺上結(jié)結(jié)巴巴、腦中一片空白時才知大事不妙。回家后，開始進行魔鬼般的訓練，不論是洗澡、吃飯甚至走在路上，我的口中總是念念有詞。直到比賽前一晚，我還希望明天發(fā)生超級強烈臺風，這樣就有多一天臺風假的時間可以準備。但是,天不從人愿，比賽當天是個大晴天和我忐忑不安的心情正好相反。

　　比賽時,我抽到一號，連害怕的時間都沒有就要準備上場了，說也奇怪，不知哪來的神秘力量?我竟能朗朗上口，順利的把故事說完。原以為兩腳發(fā)抖、忘詞的情節(jié)，竟然幸運的都沒有發(fā)生在我身上。下臺后,回到自己的座位上，專心聆聽其他選手的表演，有的人緊張得四肢僵硬、臉色發(fā)白，有的人表演得生動活潑、令人不禁贊賞!公布名次的`時刻終于來了，很僥倖的我得到第三名，真是興奮極了!

　　有了這次的經(jīng)驗，不但讓可以學習到其選手的優(yōu)點，也深深體會到“勝利是留給有充分準備的人”。如果當時我沒有下定決心急起直追、努力準備，也無法享受得到好成績的喜悅!下次的比賽，得要及早準備,才不會臨時抱佛腳，錯失成功的機會!
