　　喜“新”厭“舊”：寫作文時做到一個切題、三個避免，拿到基本分問題就不大了。要想讓分數上一個檔次，文章中就需要多幾個閃光點。閃光點體現在用詞上、用的句子結構上。在用詞時要喜“新”厭“舊”，盡量不要用中學時“小兒科”的詞匯，多用四六級詞匯表中的“新詞”。比如寫作時用“be indifferent to“表示”對……冷漠、漠不關心“就比”be cool to“好，后者比較普通，沒有新意。

　　寫議論文、說明文都需要講理由，就需要排序，考生多用first，second，third等，就不如用新穎些的.in the first place效果要好。

　　句子結構也要盡量新鮮。比如Every body know that。就不如It is well-known to everyone that。來得精彩，更能博閱卷老師青睞。

　　她很平易近人，雖然她是老師，但是她在課堂上完全沒有老師的那種嚴肅，她有的是更多的親和力，她會用慈祥的目光看上課時不專注的學生來提醒他認真上課;在誰取得好成績時莞爾一笑，表達她心中的欣慰以及期望;當然，在沒有考好時，她更加會投來鼓勵的目光來激勵我們努力學習。
