One day on his way to school， he saw a little girl crossing the road. A car was coming towards her quickly and the girl was too frightened to move. The car nearly hit her. Just then LiuKai rushed up to her and caught her by the arm. The little girl was saved. She told him where she lived， and he took her home. When LiuKai hurried into the classroom， the teacher had already begun his lesson. He told the teacher why he was late. He was then praised for what he had done.

有一次我問我的爸爸，“為什么我的英語(yǔ)總是學(xué)不好，而我的數(shù)學(xué)卻學(xué)得頂呱呱呢？”我的爸爸回答說(shuō)：“不是你學(xué)不好而是你偏科而已。”爸爸又說(shuō)：“英語(yǔ)是世界上最廣泛應(yīng)用的語(yǔ)言，漢語(yǔ)只有我們中國(guó)人在用，你們下一代是要走向世界的，只有有了語(yǔ)言的溝通，你們才能和美國(guó)、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、加拿大等等許許多多國(guó)家里的少年英才們互相溝通，互相學(xué)習(xí)，把我們的世界建設(shè)的更加美好，不學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)怎么能行呢？”
我仔細(xì)想了想，我之所以沒有把英語(yǔ)學(xué)好，是因?yàn)槲覜]有認(rèn)識(shí)到它的重要性。我再不好好學(xué)英語(yǔ)，等我長(zhǎng)大后走向未來(lái)時(shí)，我就成為了外國(guó)人眼中的`文盲，他們就會(huì)瞧不起我，而我是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)，我怎能為我們國(guó)家去丟人！
