　　National Day is coming,and we can have a seven-day.My family are going to Hainan.It's a good seaside city.We are staying there for a week. We are going to the beach and going swimming in the sea.We're visiting Tianya Haijiao,Wanquan River and many other beautiful places.I think we'll have a good time there.

　　Wang is now a starting pitcher for the U.S. Major League Baseball Team--NewYork Yankees.He shows no fear whenever he pitches.He is always calm.He has become a sports hero around the world.He is my favourite hero too.

　　We hope to have a special day every week to help others. Last month we went to an old people’s home and sang some beautiful songs and performed a play for them. The old people were so happy that they asked us to see them again.

　　I think we should be allowed to take time to do things like that more often.

　　We should be allowed to have Friday afternoon to volunteer and help the people who need our help. Because everyone needs help.
