　　動筆之前，針對提示的文字或圖片必須先認真審題，組織內容，構思提綱，理順思路，切忌偏題，離題，東拉西扯，不得要領，一定要避免累贅繁瑣，條理不清，重點不突出的失誤。

　　二、表達正確文字流暢

　　四、單詞、標點無誤
