　　Thanks to the rapid development in science and technology, the exponential growth of knowledge, and in particular the widespread use of Internet and computer technology, our economies, communities and cultures have been undergoing unprecedented changes. When geographical and spatial location have ceased to be a barrier, and when the earth is turning into a village, we have totally entered the era of the New Economy. The New Economy emerged in the US, but it has pushed its way into every corner of the earth.

　　Opinions from academic circles differ as to how to define the New Economy. Generally speaking, the era of the New Economy covers the following three: the information era with Internet expansion and information sharing as its mainstay, the innovation era marked by a shift from the traditional mode of management and operation to the new one, and the knowledge era featuring knowledge-driven economic growth.

　　通過對各種統計資料的分析和研究，可以看出我國企業當前融資結構過于單一，尤其是直接融資在企業融資比例中遠遠低于間接融資，因此，有必要及時進行相應的調整，從而實現我國企業融資的長期發展目標。

　　由于我國企業內源融資情況不容易了解也不容易比較，因此本文主要從外源融資中的銀行借款、股票發行、債券發行及票據融資幾個方面來探討當前我國企業融資結構存在的一些問題，通過與國外企業融資結構的比較分析，對我國企業融資結構調整提出相應的建議。
